Geo-Method Engineering Ltd is a multi-disciplinary Engineering firm, incorporated in June, 2013 with RC No. 1116721 to undertake building and civil engineering works and has since expanded its scope of services to include Electrical and Electromechanical Services, Infotech, Heavy Engineering works, Real Estate Development, Solar Power Installation and Facility Management.
We have young dynamic and open-minded management and a team of highly trained professional who have gained cognate experience in engineering and construction. With our strategic team and well-trained manpower, and state of the art equipment, the company has the capacity to undertake works of enormous scope and diverse magnitude within and outside Nigeria.
We are poised to redefining engineering and construction in the Nigeria Construction industry. We promote efficiency and professionalism. METHOD STATEMENT
Project goals are divided into the technical and financial objectives. The financial objective is represented on a cash flow chart while the technical objectives are represented as drawings, hence considering the cost implication a comprehensive programme and budget is arrived at which will guide the technical team and ensure that projects are timely delivered on clients’ budget.
The technical objective is achieved through a project dedicated project team deployed to undertake works using global best practice. A well articulate project management structure is designed to administer the project, project sequence for the execution of works are considered and a severally well-planned programme of work is developed including its resource schedule, material, labour force and equipment.
